Refund policy

Hey there!

The Amsu House does not accepts returns since our product, The Meteor, comes customized with your name on it.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The Amsu House does not accept returns. However, if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and facilitate an exchange. 

Exchanges to be informed within 2 working days from ordering, anything after that won't be entertained as per company policies. If order shows delivered but not recieved by the customer, please inform us within 24 hours.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at theamsuhouse@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: D1007, Tulive Horizon Residences, Saligramam, Chennai, 600 093.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds & Cancellations.

The Amsu House does not issue refunds on payments already made. We however, will help you with exchanges, if conditions are met. We, accept cancellations if the request is received within 24 hours of placing the order, or before we dispatch the order from our fulfilment centre, whichever is earlier.
