Shipping policy

At The Amsu House, we offer free shipping pan India on all orders.

The shipment usually takes 4-7 business working days from dispatch to delivery.

If you subscribe to the Meteor before the 27th of any given month, you will begin receiving the item starting the following month. If you subscribe to the Meteor on or after the 27th of any given month, you will start receiving the item from the start of the month after the following month. Irrespective of your date of placing the order, the shipment will be delivered in the first week of the month you are eligible for.

Please note: If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery, a refund will not be processed. 

Please note, we do not fulfill Same-Day Delivery orders.

In case of public holidays at the start or end of the month, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take a longer time than usual We are not liable for any delays in the delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by The Amsu House.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. We suggest you check your email inbox from time to time.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation or address changes will not be possible

We, accept cancellations if the request is received within 24 hours of placing the order, or before we dispatch the order from our fulfilment centre, whichever is earlier.

We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

Please Note:

  • Working days (Mon - Sat 10-7pm) (Excluding National holidays)
  • Exchanges to be informed within 2 working days from ordering, anything after that won't be entertained as per company policies.
  • If order shows delivered but not recieved by the customer, please inform us within 24 hours.
  • For international orders- All the taxes and duties of their respective country will be borne by the customer.
  • The Amsu House Shall not be responsible for orders accepted by any person other than the customer.
