Shipment dates and wait times

All envelopes are shipped from Chennai on the last date of every month. Please allow upto 7 business days for it to deliver. If delivery takes beyond that, please reach out at hi@theamsuhouse.com.

How can I cancel my subscirption?

Cancel your subscription anytime through the original payment method used. For example, if you used UPI, you can cancel the autopay you setup on the respective UPI app.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I do not ship outside of India. However, if you're from the US, please fill out the interest form at the top of the page so I can scope out the feasibility!

How can I change my address, billing, & other information?

How can I track my mail?

You will recieve sms updates from the carrier best suited for your pincode.

My envelope arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your envelope arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at hi@theamsuhouse.com with your name and photos of the item(s).

My mail is delayed past estimated time. What should I do?

Have you joined between February 28th and March 27th? Your first mailer is April's edition shipped out on April 31st. (Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after shipment.)

Once shipped, please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at hi@theamsuhouse.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, phone number, and shipping address.
